- Your current level (or a request for a free placement test)

- Any additional message you choose to share
We also collect basic technical information automatically through essential website cookies (see “Cookies” below).
3. How we use your information
We use your information only to:
- Contact you (usually within 24 hours) to answer your questions and set up your free week
- Help you enroll and place you in the right level and schedule
- Communicate with you about your classes, materials, and progress

Your form submissions are sent to our academy email (info@speaknowusa.com) and may be stored on our website and on trusted service providers that help us operate (for example, our website hosting and email provider). These providers only process your data to help us provide our service. We do not share your information for advertising.

Our programs include youth learners (ages 8 and up). If a student is under 18, a parent or legal guardian should complete the enrollment and provide the student’s information. By enrolling a minor, the parent or guardian confirms they consent to this Privacy Policy on the minor’s behalf. We do not knowingly collect information from children without a parent or guardian’s involvement.
