These Terms & Conditions explain the basics of studying with Speak Now Language Academy LLC (“Speak Now,” “we,” “us”). By enrolling or using our website (speaknowusa.com), you agree to these terms. Questions? Email info@speaknowusa.com.
2. Our service
Speak Now offers English and Spanish language instruction for adults, youth (ages 8+), heritage learners, and bilingual families, delivered through live classes and an online learning platform. Tuition is $300 per month, which includes your live classes, access to the platform, and all your books for every level. There is no registration fee.
3. Your free first week
Your first week is free, with no payment and no commitment. After your free week, if you choose to continue, you enroll and begin monthly tuition.
4. Enrollment process
To start, you fill out our enrollment form. We will contact you (usually within 24 hours) to answer your questions and set up your free week. Spots are limited and classes are held in small groups.
5. Payments
Monthly tuition of $300 is paid in advance for each month of classes. Your books and platform access are included at no extra cost.
6. Cancellation
Your first week is free and carries no obligation. If at any time you wish to stop your monthly classes, or you have any question about a payment, please contact us at info@speaknowusa.com and we will be glad to help.
7. Course materials
The books, platform content, and other materials we provide are for the personal use of enrolled students. Please do not copy, share, resell, or distribute them outside the academy.
8. Student conduct
We want every student to learn in a respectful, friendly environment. We ask all students to treat teachers and classmates with respect.
9. Results
We provide quality instruction, structure, and personal support. Your progress in a language also depends on your own practice and participation, so we cannot guarantee a specific result or timeline.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with its effective date.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
